MY SYSTEM WON'T SHOW DISPLAY

This Is The Common Problem With Most Of Dell Computer (Mostly)  Dell GX-280

When PC Is turned On It Do Not Show Display And Power LED Goes Amber And Processor's FAN Gradually Speeds Up So Fast That It Would Blast

Reason:

Actually There is Heat Sensor Which Controll Fan Speed.
If it finds that CPU is getting hot above the Thresholde Temperature then it Speeds Up the Fan.
in doing so System try to Boot Up but due to High Temperature it Fial.

After A long research I have found 100% Succefull Solution For This Problem.

IF THE HEAT SINK IS NOT PROPERLY FITTED IT DOES NOT COVER ALL THE CPU SURFACE AND CPU GOT OVER HEATED

Some Time This Also Happened Due To Processor Socket.
So What to Do Follows These Steps.

1.

Take Motherboard Out Of Casing As It ...

2.

     Remove The Fan And Processor.............

3.

Remove The Processor Holder [ Upper Lid Of Socket ][ Also known As Load Plate ] Wilth Plier. And Take It out.
As Shown In Picture.

Actualy This LID Was Out Of Allignment Then It Causes The CPU To Loos Its Balance And Heat Sink Cannot Absorb Heat Properly.

Insert The Cpu And Fit Back The Fan And Power Up The System.
It Will Boot Up Succesfully.

Thank You For Paticipation.............
